The following terms and conditions govern the returns and refunds of products purchased from our website:

Returns Policy:

• You may return any unused and unopened product purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@ecobarks.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

• Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the product(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

• All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and other components included.

Refunds Policy:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting the RMA number. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Contact@ecobarks.com with details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These include but are not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance or final sale items.

Changes to Returns & Refunds Policy:

• We reserve the right to modify or update our returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our policy will be reflected on this page.
